In this window, you can change certain settings for the program. Some of these settings are:
1. You will need to check the box ‘Integration with QuickBooks’ if you will be using QuickBooks to process payroll data, employee information etc.
2. If you are using the T4 fingerprint device, manual clock (clocking in and out directly onto your PC), or using secure touch (fingerprint reader attached to your PC), you will need to select that here as well.
3. Changing the time employees are considered to be coming in early or late.
4. Normal working hours and rate of overtime pay.
5. Whether or not you will be integrating with the Series2K back office system or if you will be using ClockMeIn as a standalone program.
