You can delete a promotion from the POS provided it is not a locked/HQ promotion sent from HQ.
To cancel a promo, open up the local promotion and hit the CANCEL button.
A warning window appears and click ok to proceed:
A pop-up window of “Job Submitted Successfully” will appear, click OK.
You will see the activity of the process in your Publish history for the promotion:
NOTE FOR MSF USERS: Cancelling a promotion at the MSF level will cancel the promotion for ALL SITES. If you only want to cancel for one or specific sites, you must log in as that individual site only to cancel or use the batch edit.
