Once a promotion has expired and been removed from the POS, it will automatically be archived. If items are expired but not removed from the POS yet, they will stay in the active list until the system removes the promotion from all of the POS’s successfully.
To view the archived promotions, select the Archived button located at the top of the Promotion Listing window.
From the Promotion listing, click on the Archived button:
Select the desired Start and End Dates you wish to view and click OK:
The screen will refresh and only show promotions that have been archived for the date range specified.
To revert back to the current promotion listing, click on the Archived button, check the “Show current promotions” box and click OK.
