A site can be set to auto accept promotions based on a setting set by the HQ user only.
To access the setting, go to STORES > Click on the store you wish to setup, then go to the Store Setup tab on the right
The options here are:
1-Auto Accept Promotions = this means that ALL promotions sent to the local from HQ will be auto accepted and published to the POS according to the criteria of the promotion.
2- No Auto Accept = means that ALL promotions sent to the local from HQ have to be manually accepted or rejected by the station from the HQ notification screen.
3-Auto Accept Required Promotion = means that ONLY promotions flagged as “Required” will be auto accepted. Recommended promotions still have to be accepted by the station manually if they wish to use that promotion.
