Use the control or shift keys to highlight multiple promotions in the promotion list screen. Then click on “Batch Actions”
The batch publish screen appears:
Change Scope: You can choose the action for just the selected items or all the items that were searched.
Change Type: Here you can choose to batch PUBLISH or batch CANCEL the scope of items selected
Click ok when done.
