Batch edit allows the user to edit multiple items at the same time.
Before using this feature, use the advanced search features to isolate the category of items you need for a batch edit.
You can choose ALL items in the list or only you can select items by holding down the CONTROL KEY while clicking the items you want to select. Each item you select will have a black dot next to it (pictured below).
Once you have chosen the items you want to change, click BATCH EDIT at the top:
A new window will appear (pictured below). This window will allow you to add, replace, or delete information from the group of items you have selected.
