If you find a promotion or TPR was setup incorrectly or you need to cancel for some other reason, you can cancel an active promotion. To do this simply open the existing promotion under Marketing > Promotions and click CANCEL
It will prompt you to confirm cancellation, click ok.
This will send a cancel workflow to the local S2k and remove the promotion from the POS.
