This log shows all jobs that failed. Click REFRESH HISTORY to load the current log:
The list of failed jobs will display:
You can click into any of these jobs to view the reason for the failure and resubmit if desired.
EX: Blank item list was send in the promotion, so it failed.
If you click o Job Detail tab, you have options for resending. In this example, you would not send as the promo was setup incompletely.
The only item you would want to use is the resubmit job button to retry sending again.
