ACCOUNTS: Account List

This is to access your Chart of Accounts

You can enter specific GL accounts to search for or you can just click OK for all

Then your list of accounts will display.

You can edit or add new accounts as needed. NOTE: you cannot DELETE an account that is mapped or has historical data in it.

TO ADD A NEW ACCOUNT: Click NEW at the top bar and add info as needed and hit SAVE when done:

NOTE: you do NOT need to choose a STATION # unless this is an account that ONLY that station will use.

PARENT ACCOUNT is used to create a new SUB account for an existing GL account. If you want this new account to be a sub choose the parent account from the dropdown. Use the refresh keys as needed if you do not see your account in the list .

TO EDIT AN EXISTING GL ACCOUNT: Click EDIT at the top of the screen and change as needed then SAVE. Or you can double click on the account to get to the account detail screen and edit and save from there.
