When you click on this icon while entering a journal entry, you’re prompted to the setup of a memorized journal entry. You can setup as a template for future manual entries or as automated entries that repeat daily weekly etc…To edit existing Memorized items, you can look them up under Memorized Journal Entries and use the EDIT and SAVE features to change as needed.
