Warning: Cold Starting the HH will cause ALL data and custom programs installed on the HH to be deleted
The HH will revert to manufacture defaults upon completion of the cold start. You may need assistance from the S2K helpdesk to perform this task as you will need to re-install the S2K software.
Follow the steps below to perform a cold boot.
1. Take HH out of Cradle.
2. Make sure HH is turned ON.
3. Cold boot your HH. This WILL cause you to lose any data from the HH. All of your data will be lost so be sure to synchronize your HH prior to doing the cold boot.
•SC600: Press F1 + F4 + Power button.
•SC800: Press the POWER and the RESET buttons.
4. Place the HH back in the Cradle.
5. If this does not establish a link between your HH and the BOPC, then contact the S2K helpdesk
1. From the S2K main menu screen click on “More” then click on “Settings”.
2. On the Settings menu, type in the correct Station# and Company Name for the station you are working on, as shown below. In the example below Station#4603 is used for demonstration purposes. You must enter your station’s actual number. You can locate this number on your S2K Client Manager program.

Open the S2K Client Manager program, and on the Handheld
section press the “Upload to HH” button, so that the full pricebook for
the station is uploaded to the Handheld device.
