S2k can manager Bottle Deposits on the POS system, each POS has a different method but S2k will handle this based on the POS involved.
There are a number of steps that are involved:
1) Define and price the Bottle Deposit name/price in S2k switchboard, some of these names are already downloaded from the POS.
2) Find the items in the inventory manager that require the Bottle Deposit and select the predefined Bottle Deposit that should be applied to each item.
3) Send those items over to the POS using the standard send prices to the POS, we suggest if major changes are made send those by department.
