HH will not communicate with PC (ActiveSync icon is grayed out)

Warm boot the handheld by hitting F1+F4 shown below.

 

*Warning - Do not press the Power Button while trying to REFRESH,  will cause a System RESET that makes the Handheld go back to manufacturer defaults.
