Check to make sure:
1. Correct finger is being used. You must use the same finger that was stored in the system.
2. A quality fingerprint can be taken. If fingerprint cannot be stored due to poor quality, you will need to use password only verification.
3. The finger is being placed on the sensor correctly. Always place finger FLAT on the CENTER of the sensor surface. Placing the finger too low, too high, too far left or right and/or not flat on the fingerprint surface can create errors.
