Bottle Deposit for Gilbarco G-Site

Gilbarco uses a different system in this case there is NO PLU look up but uses a simpler actual dollar amount:

 

So in this case we ALWAYS are using the bottle deposit ref of CRV-0.04 in the setup but for a 1 pack we add .05, for a 2 pack we add $0.10 etc.
