1. On the S2K handheld, double Click on the S2K icon
2. From the Main Menu on the the Handheld, select ‘Pur Invoice’.
3. Click ‘New’. This will create a new invoice.
4. Click on Vendor to see a list of Vendors available:
5. On this screen you will setup the Invoice. You MUST enter an invoice date, invoice number and select a vendor.
1. Enter the invoice date
2. Enter the invoice number (NEVER enter the invoice number of a previous invoice, duplicate invoice numbers will NOT be processed correctly)
3. Click on the “Vendor” button and select your vendor from the next screen.
4. Enter the invoice total.
6. Once the Invoice header is created, click on the ‘details’ button, then start scanning the items and correcting the Quantity, Cost and Retail. If you want to add an item, use the pop up keyboard and type in the description and select a department in the field circled in red below.
7. To change the Qty, Cost or Price use the enter key to go from field to field and then use the numeric keypad to change making certain to use the decimal point as required. This screen also shows a running total of the items already scanned, at the bottom of the screen the Sum: 14.8000 is the total.
8. Once this is done click ‘OK’ in the top right.
9. Exit out of the S2K handheld program and force sync the HH, so your invoice is sent to S2K.NET
