Merge C-Store Departments (S2k tech only)

**It is important to remember that departments set up on your POS are the departments for which sales data will be sent into Series2k. If you wish to change those departments, you will need to do so on your POS. For instructions on how to do so, please consult your POS manual or service provider.

 

If you have 2 departments that you wish to merge, you can do that here. Simply click on “Merge C-Store Department(s)” to bring up the window below.

 

Below, the department called “cookies” is selected as the department you wish to merge into another department. This is the department that will be deleted once you have merged. Once you have selected the department you wish to merge, click on “Add to Merge”. Continue adding the departments that you would like to include in the merge, if any.

 

Next, you select the department you would like the previously chosen departments into. This is the department that will stay in the system. Remember, the departments chosen in the “FROM” field will be deleted.

 

 

Once you have made all your selections and are ready to merge, click merge as indicated below.
