Merge Customer(s) (You can do yourself)

Click on Merge Customer(s) and the window below will come up.

 

You will first need to select the “merge FROM” customer from the drop down menu. This is the customer that will be deleted after the merge and will become the “merge TO” customer in the field located directly below it. Once you have made your selection, click on Add to Merge.

 

Next, select the “merge TO” customer, which is the one you would like the previously selected customer merged to. This is the customer that will remain in the system.

Once you have made your selections, click “merge” to complete the process.
