S2k Client Monitor
The S2k Client Monitor allows you to make sure all sites are online and most importantly, to send information from the POS into S2k from anywhere in the world. To get to this feature, go to the Systems and Security Menu and click on “S2K Client Monitor”.
From this screen, you can either Force Poll POS or Force Poll SKU.
If you can see the IP address next to the station above and it is indicated in green, then the station is online and communicating properly. If the station appears in red, the client is off, your PC is not on or POS connection has been lost.
