The S2K Handheld software can be used to make changes to the Pricebook, but it’s important to understand what can and cannot be done to modify price book information.

PURCHASE INVOICES

•    Item descriptions

o  New items can have the description modified

o  Existing items cannot have the description modified

•    Cost and retail

o  This information can be modified for new and existing items

•    Department assignment

o  Department assignments CAN NOT be modified for new or existing items.

TAKE INVENTORY

•    Item descriptions, cost, retail, and department assignments will NOT be transferred from the HH to S2K.

•    Only the quantity and the UPC item# will be transferred from the HH to S2K.NET
