How to Use S2K Chat & Support Tickets

In the main toolbar you’ll find the SUPPORT section, pictured below.

 

 

If you happen to have any support issues while using the S2K system you can utilize the support section in the home navigation toolbar. This section includes access to the Online Manual and the Support Ticket section.

 

The Online Manual is a useful reference tool you can always refer back to should you need a refresher on navigating and using the S2K system.
