If you have changes that you need to make to totals after
data has been pulled from the POS in order to reconcile your daily data, you can
do so by going to the area you need to change and typing in your changes. You
will need to enter a reason for your change. Remember that in order for the new
numbers you entered to affect totals, you will need to click on the refresh
button ().
When making changes to dollar amounts in receipts, you will be asked for a reason for your change. This is optional and can be setup under preferences.
