Daily Reconciliation
This is where you will do most of your daily work. From the
Daily Books Menu, click on Daily Reconciliation. 
In the Daily Reconciliation screen, you can view Fuel Sales, C-Store Sales, Fuel Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation (Receipts) as well as Fuel Invoices, Non-Fuel Invoices, A/P (Accounts Payable) and A/R (Accounts Receivable). You can also view one of these at a time simply by selecting and deselecting from the tool bar shown above. To do this just click on the following:
So in this example the “Receipts” was clicked which turned off the display window for Receipts. To turn it back on just click it again.
