If your PC has been off or you do not have data for the previous day, you can click on “force poll’ in the window above to get the latest data from your PC. This takes anywhere from 1-20 minutes depending on how much data is downloaded.
** IMPORTANT NOTE: Ruby systems only hold data for 2-3 days so it is VERY important that you make sure your client is running and that your data is up to date. G-Sites will hold data for about 5 days and Nucleus about 10 days. IF YOU DO NOT MONITOR YOUR SITE AND LOSE DATA, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DATA. If you are missing data, please contact our office so we can resolve any issues before data is lost.
