You are able to save and store documents in Series2k. Anything from employee forms like W-2s, accounting documents and spreadsheets, any files you would like to have on hand. These files are stored on our server.
To add files to “My Documents” go to Shortcuts in the main toolbar at the top of the screen as indicated above and select “My Documents”.
Select the file from your computer then click open.
To Open a File, you must download the file onto your pc. Go to My Documents from Shortcuts, select the file, then click on download or just double click on the file you wish to download, then save to your PC and open from there.
To delete files, simple select the file you would like to delete and hit the delete key.
