Opening Series2k

To open Series2k, just double-click on the Series2000 shortcut on your desktop shown below.

 

If a desktop shortcut has not already been created for you, create a shortcut on your desktop by finding the

program from the start menu, then copying and pasting it to your desktop.

 

If you do not have a shortcut on your desktop, go to ‘Start’ in the bottom left hand side of your screen, then all programs.

 

Find Sigma Oil Corporation then Series2000 BackOffice Management .NET in your list of programs and click on it to open. You can also click and drag the S2K icon here to your desktop to create a shortcut.

 

Or if you have a shortcut in the Start Menu, you can click on that (shown below).

 

When opening S2k, you will be prompted to download new updates if available. ALWAYS click “OK’ and allow the updates to run as not doing so can cause S2k to not run properly.

 

Once you open the program and wait for the updates to complete, enter your user name and password. If you do not have these, please contact your company’s program administrator.

 

When you first open Series2k, the screen below appears containing all the available menu options and navigation bar.
