Open Local Invoice Copies

When you are creating a non-fuel invoice and it does not get saved for whatever reason such as internet connection, server connection is lost, or you get an error that will not save the invoice. S2k will create an automatically saved backup of the invoice which can be accessed here. From the Daily Books Menu, select ‘Open Local Invoice Copies’. You can sort it by date and time to find the most recent one.

 

A list of invoices will display. Pick the most current invoice from the list that you want to re-import into s2k. A new invoice will be loaded for you to continue work or modify, and then save.
