S2K Realtime Center: Sales Monitor for your iPad

Google Chrome (or Internet Explorer with Google Chrome Frame) or Safari- Required Internet Browser

In order to run the S2k Realtime Center you will need to have Google Chrome or Apple Safari web browsers installed on your iPad or PC. Below are links for installing each.

Google Chrome:

Internet Explorer:

When you enter the www.s2konline.net address into Internet Explorer you will be prompted to install Google Chrome Frame: please install and you will be able to access S2k Realtime.

Logging In

Open up your browser and enter www.s2konline.net.

Click on Google, Windows Live ID or Facebook icon to enter username and password and login: (NOTE: you must register your Google, Windows Live ID or Facebook username with Series2k before being able to logon, passwords are maintained by you through Google, Windows or Facebook, S2k does NOT manage or have a copy of these passwords).

NOTE: The first time you login, it will send a notification to Series2k to register your username. Please email us at support@series2k.com and let us know your Google, Windows or Facebook username as well as your Company Name, and your S2k sign in name. If you are not a current Series2k back office user, please indicate so in the email.

Home Center

When you open the S2k Realtime Center’s main screen, you will see 5 circles where you can click to go to the different sections of the S2k Realtime Center.

These menus are organized as shown below:

1. Realtime (shown below) which has the following options available:

a. Real Time Monitor

b. Historical Transaction Monitor

c. CStore Hourly Sales Analysis

d. Fuel Hourly Sales Analysis

e. Summary Report

2. Daily Book – Contains the Sales Dashboard with all realtime sales data

3. Price Book Dashboard

4. Reports – Report Center

a. Contains familiar reports which are also in S2k

5. Weather – Shows todays weather

6. System

a. Setup Alerts

b. S2k.Net Usage Log

The Home Center also has a menu list on the top right as shown below

You can access Google Maps, US Nationwide Gasoline Prices, Crude Oil and also view a realtime quick summary of where your sales dollars are for CStore and fuel.

The Realtime section includes the following options, simply click on their name to open them.

Realtime Monitor: Realtime Sales

View your real-time sales--- select option for viewing All transactions, Fuel, C-Store, Returns, Voids or Other. Some example screenshots are shown below.

• See the products sold by name and time stamp updated every 30 seconds

• See which register and cashier rang up the transaction

• Get all transaction numbers and details

• See how many units were sold, at what price and even what customer charged on account for that transaction

• Sort by product or station on each tab

Realtime Sales: View All

Realtime Sales: Fuel : See just the Fuel Sales Click on the grades or station ID to filter

Realtime Sales: C-Store: See just the CStore Sales click on the item description or station ID to filter

Realtime Sales: Return: See Returns done by station or item as well by clicking on them

Realtime Sales: Voids: See Voids in detail and sort by station or item as well by clicking on them

NEW! Time Slider: New feature has 2 sliders that you can move to choose what range of hours you wish to see displayed.

Realtime Monitor: Realtime Dashboard

Select option to view data by C-Store Department, Fuel Grade, Customer, Payment Method or Quick Summary. Some example screenshots are shown below.

Realtime Monitor: Hourly Sales

View Sales data by Hour on the Hour for Fuel and C-Store Sales for staffing and promotional needs plus comparisons to previous weeks.

Realtime Monitor: Fuel Volume

View your stick readings/fuel volume along with tank capacity to help with ordering needs.

Realtime Monitor: Price Change

See what items or fuels had changes in Retail during the day by store

Group by STATION, DEPARTMENT, SKU or ALL

Realtime Menu: Historical Transaction Monitor

This section allows you to pick a past date to view transaction data for… once a date is selected you will be taken to the realtime monitor for that date.

Realtime Menu: CStore Hourly Sales Analysis

You can view hourly sales for C-Store sales using different date formats- Daily Weekly and Monthly. Just enter the station, department, end date and select which date format you would like to view then click ‘Run Report’.

You can view hourly sales for Fuel sales using different date formats- Daily Weekly and Monthly. Just enter the station, fuel grade, end date and select which date format you would like to view then click ‘Run Report’.
