All S2K Support is covered with your monthly fee! Although we have found that our systems don’t require much support, we are available by email, online ticket system, and by phone Monday through Friday, 7AM-5PM PST. Most issues are addressed on the same day.

Online University
Along with 1 on 1 training, we also offer S2K Online University! A series of online videos is provided to supplement, but NOT replace your one on one training with S2K. This is great for refreshers or training new staff as needed!
